About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team at Screwfix. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers have an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with maintaining a high standard of store presentation, including merchandising, stock management, and visual displays.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and providing product information to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store objectives and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
