About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Needs Tutor to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Complex Needs Tutor, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex needs, including those with ASD, SEMH, or PMLD.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging learning sessions tailored to the individual needs of each student.
- Work closely with students, parents, and carers to ensure a high-quality educational experience.
- Monitor progress, track student outcomes, and plan future strategies.
- Inspire students to reach their full potential by promoting inclusivity and accessibility.
- Implement behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment.
