Job Summary

The Mole Resort is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team. As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of cleanliness across all areas of the resort, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness in all hotel bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas
  • Report any maintenance issues to the relevant department
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service to guests
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working order and report any concerns
  • Understand and comply with Health and Safety legislation, fire precautions, and legal requirements
  • Assist other departments as needed and maintain good working relationships
  • Ensure the correct use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
