Arcus FM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team in the Midlands. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, ensuring compliance with contract specifications and conditions, and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
  • Procure materials for each phase of the project
  • Monitor and report on project progress
  • Conduct quality and safety inspections
  • Check and prepare site reports, designs, and drawings
  • Maintain quality control checks
  • Motivate the workforce
  • Day-to-day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise
  • Proactive supply chain management
  • Deliver projects in line with the Arcus governance and control structure
  • Deliver projects in line with all relevant Arcus FM policies, quality and health and safety management systems
Requirements
  • SMSTS
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • First Aid at Work
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project
  • PASMA / IPAF / Hot Works / Temporary Works (Desirable)
  • Good understanding of CDM Regs and the role, duties and obligations of the principal contractor and a good understanding of current HSQE legislation
  • Sound technical knowledge and good commercial awareness
