About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our Building Division on a healthcare development project in Birmingham. As a Site Manager at GRAHAM Construction, you will oversee all daily site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to impeccable quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all on-site construction activities, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any challenges swiftly.
  • Maintain clear communication and alignment between project stakeholders, such as clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all work meets project specifications and industry standards.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practices to drive site performance.
Requirements
  • Proven track record as a Site Manager within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
