We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Claines CE Primary School. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the school premises are safe, secure, and well-maintained.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building maintenance, health and safety, and facilities management. They will be responsible for managing contractors, overseeing maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

The Site Manager will also be responsible for promoting the welfare of children and young people within the school, ensuring that all health and safety legislation is adhered to, and conducting regular health and safety checks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing contractors and maintenance schedules
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Conducting regular health and safety checks
  • Promoting the welfare of children and young people
  • Managing the school's maintenance plan
