Site Manager Job Description

Anderselite Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to lead our multi-build and high-rise construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of site operations, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Develop and implement effective project schedules, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring budgetary compliance and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant construction regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in high-rise construction and multi-build project management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of delivering results-driven teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on creative and effective solutions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel and stay in temporary accommodations as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
  • CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
  • First Aid certification.
