We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP Corporate Sales to join our Sales and Account Management team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's market presence and enhancing brand recognition.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our sales team, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  2. Market Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Language and Cultural Training Services market, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
  3. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, setting and monitoring performance targets aligned with business strategy.

Requirements and Skills:
  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in the Language and Cultural Training Services markets, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
  3. Leadership: Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and experience in managing sales KPIs.
  5. Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
  6. Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
