VP of Sales

£100,000 to £150,000 + Equity + Commission + Fully Remote

Are you a seasoned sales leader looking to drive growth for a fast-growing fintech startup? In this role, you will leverage your expertise in client dynamics and sales strategies to facilitate expansion while receiving generous commission.

This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead global sales for a well-funded startup with ambitious growth plans, working collaboratively with the leadership team to devise and implement the sales strategy. Our client is a fintech company specialising in B2B cross-border payments, incorporating blockchain technology to streamline processes, reduce lead time, and decrease exchange costs. Established four years ago, they already have partnerships with leading financial institutions worldwide and are looking to revolutionise the cross-border payments sector when they launch their service.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and executing the GTM sales strategy.
  2. Building and maintaining partnerships between the company and leading financial institutions.
  3. Leading the sales team and directing client success.
  4. Providing detailed knowledge of GTM sales strategy.
