Job Title: VP Sales

Global LT, Inc. is a leading provider of Language and Cultural Training Services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP Sales to join our team.

About the Role:

The VP Sales will play a critical role in shaping our client's market presence and enhancing brand recognition. This is a strategic leadership position that requires a deep understanding of the market, a proven track record of driving revenue growth, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue growth objectives
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Identify new business opportunities and oversee the development and execution of go-to-market plans
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales initiatives
Requirements and Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the Language and Cultural Training Services markets, with at least 3 years in leadership roles
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Proficiency in CRM software and experience in managing sales KPIs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences
