Health and Safety Advisor

Job Overview:

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a strong-minded and experienced Health and Safety Advisor to enforce safety on residential house building sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting construction sites, enforcing health and safety protocols, and building relationships with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a NEBOSH qualification, valid UK driving license, and excellent communication skills. With a salary range of £50,000 - £53,000 + £4,800 Car Allowance, this role offers definite career progression and training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect residential house building sites
  • Enforce site safety and build relationships through gravitas and strength of character
  • Develop H&S culture on multiple sites

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experienced Health and Safety professional with housebuilding experience
  • Strong-minded, resilient personality to enforce safety on site
  • NEBOSH Qualification
  • Valid UK Driving License
