About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Producer to join our team at Historic Royal Palaces. As a Digital Producer, you will be responsible for delivering innovative digital projects across our six palaces, including the Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace, and Kensington Palace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital strategies to engage our audiences and enhance their experience.
  • Manage digital projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver online, off-site, and on-site experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve our digital offerings.
  • Commission and manage third-party suppliers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective project management.
Requirements
  • 5 years' experience in digital production, with a strong background in project management and digital strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in delivering across web, apps, and third-party platforms, products, and technology.
  • Ability to work in a matrix format, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
