Membership Engagement Executive

Archard Talent Limited is seeking a highly motivated and organized Membership Engagement Executive to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in driving membership growth, retention, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Member Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to boost member retention and satisfaction.
  • Communication Channels: Ensure members leverage all available communication channels to promote their business.
  • Member Inquiries: Respond to inquiries from existing and prospective members in a timely and professional manner.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the membership database and records accurately.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings for the Membership Manager with current and potential members; attend meetings when necessary.
  • Research and Data: Assist in researching and capturing data on prospective members and competitors.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to coordinate and deliver membership activities.
  • Event Attendance: Regularly attend Member Events to foster relationships and promote the organization.
  • Website Maintenance: Maintain and update the website, including the Membership Directory.
  • Magazine Administration: Handle sales and administration of the company's Members Magazine.
  • Social Media Support: Provide social media support for membership campaigns.
  • Membership Marketing Plan: Support the delivery of the Membership Marketing Plan, including online and offline content, video, magazine, and other materials.
  • Media and PR: Assist in developing media and PR strategies to promote the organization.
Requirements:
  • Office Sales or Sales Support Experience: Ideally, you have worked in an Office Sales or Sales Support role previously.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Adaptability and Teamwork: Be adaptable and a strong team player, as no two days will be the same.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Social Media and Website Management: Ability to navigate social media platforms and update websites.
