Membership Engagement Executive

Are you passionate about customer engagement and membership growth? Our not-for-profit client is looking for a Membership Support Specialist to join their small team to assist the Membership Manager in recruiting and retaining members, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and driving membership and revenue growth.

The Membership Engagement Executive will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with members to boost retention and satisfaction.
  • Ensure members leverage all communication channels to promote their business.
  • Respond to inquiries from existing and prospective members.
  • Maintain and update the membership database and records.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for the Membership Manager with current and potential members; attend meetings when appropriate.
  • Assist in researching and capturing data on prospective members and competitors.
  • Collaborate with the team to coordinate and deliver membership activities.
  • Regularly attend Member Events.
  • Maintain and update the website, including the Membership Directory.
  • Handle sales and administration of the company's Members Magazine.
  • Provide social media support for membership campaigns.
  • Support the delivery of:
  • Membership Marketing Plan
  • Online and offline content, including video, Magazine, and other materials.
  • Media and PR development.
  • Help attract new members and promote the organisation.

To be considered for this role, you need to:

Requirements:
  • Ideally worked in an Office Sales or Sales Support role previously.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be adaptable and a strong team player; no two days will be the same, and you will need to support the other team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to navigate social media platforms and update websites.
