About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Membership Engagement Executive to join our team at Archard Talent Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving membership growth and retention, ensuring high levels of satisfaction among our members, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Membership Engagement: Engage with members to boost retention and satisfaction, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their membership journey.
  • Communication Channels: Ensure members leverage all available communication channels to promote their business, including email marketing, social media, and online directories.
  • Member Support: Respond to inquiries from existing and prospective members, providing timely and effective support to address their needs and concerns.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the membership database and records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Scheduling and Meetings: Schedule appointments and meetings for the Membership Manager with current and potential members, and attend meetings as necessary.
  • Research and Data Analysis: Assist in researching and capturing data on prospective members and competitors, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Membership Activities: Collaborate with the team to coordinate and deliver membership activities, events, and promotions.
  • Website Maintenance: Regularly update the website, including the Membership Directory, to ensure accurate and relevant information.
  • Membership Magazine: Handle sales and administration of the company's Members Magazine, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality content.
  • Social Media Support: Provide social media support for membership campaigns, creating engaging content and promoting membership benefits.
  • Membership Marketing Plan: Support the delivery of the Membership Marketing Plan, including online and offline content, video production, and media relations.
Requirements
  • Office Sales or Sales Support Experience: Ideally, you will have worked in an office sales or sales support role previously, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles.
  • Team Player: You will be a strong team player, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Technical Skills: You will have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as the ability to navigate social media platforms and update websites.
