Care Sector Tutor Specialist

Job Description:
The National Skills Agency is looking for a highly motivated Adult Care Tutor to join our team in London and surrounding areas.
- You will be responsible for managing a caseload of learners, delivering high-quality qualifications, and providing support to progress into employment, work placement, apprenticeship, or further education.
Responsibilities:
- Teaching experience with learners aged 16+
- Experience assessing Adult Care qualifications up to level 3
- Relevant occupational competency gained from working within the care sector
- Delivering work-based training
- Teaching qualification at level 4 or above
- Assessors/Verifiers Award D32/34 / A1, TAQA, CAVA
- Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Up-to-date knowledge of Adult Care qualifications and industry developments
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum based on location and experience.
