**Job Title:** Premium Beverage Sales Executive

About the Store:

Our luxury spirit and wine store in Central London is a haven for connoisseurs and enthusiasts alike, offering a vast selection of premium and interesting spirits, fine wines, and liqueurs. We are seeking an experienced sales executive to join our team, bringing their expertise and enthusiasm to deliver exceptional customer service and promote our premium products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge to customers, recommending premium products tailored to their preferences
  • Maintain the store's luxurious atmosphere and high visual merchandising standards, ensuring all products are presented elegantly and attractively
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and other forms of payment with professionalism and discretion
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer enquiries, and address any concerns or feedback they may have
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, including restocking shelves, organising displays, and conducting regular stock checks
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Manager and General Manager to execute in-store tastings, events, and promotions, contributing to the overall success of marketing initiatives
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new product releases, and competitor activities to enhance customer interactions and sales opportunities
  • Ensure exceptional standards of housekeeping on and off the shop floor

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • WSET Level 2 Wine and/or WSET Level 2 Spirits certification or equivalent or above, with a strong knowledge base in the whisky and/or fine wine sector
  • Background in premium retail within the wine and spirit industry
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a passion for fine wines, champagne, spirits, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
