**Job Description**
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to increase sales volumes and secure new business within the on-trade sector (pubs, bars, restaurants). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the wine, spirits, or premium beverage industry, with a strong network of contacts in high-end bars and restaurants.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive business growth by increasing sales volumes and securing new business within the on-trade sector (pubs, bars, restaurants)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet customer needs and company objectives
- Collaborate with our team to understand and communicate the unique stories of our wine selections
- Regularly meet with customers to discuss product offerings, market trends, and growth opportunities
- Represent our brand at tastings, events, and industry gatherings
**Requirements**
- A proven track record in sales within the wine, spirits, or premium beverage industry
- A strong network of contacts in high-end bars and restaurants
- Deep knowledge and passion for global wines, with an understanding of unique and artisanal wine categories
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
**Benefits**
