Postperson with Driving

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Postperson with Driving to join our team at the Coalville Delivery Office. As a Postperson with Driving, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers in the local area.

About the Role

As a Postperson with Driving, you will be required to work independently and as part of a team to deliver mail and packages to customers. You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering mail and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer queries
  • Working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines
  • Using a manual driving license to drive a postal vehicle

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong sense of community and takes pride in what you do
  • A full UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Happy walking for long periods and working outside in any weather
  • Organised, punctual and ready to deliver great customer service
  • Think of yourself as a people-person and a friendly face in the community
