About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Postperson with Driving to join our team at the Coalville DO Delivery Office. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers in the local area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver mail and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Work independently, managing your time and workload effectively to meet deadlines
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve delivery targets and improve overall performance
Requirements
  • Valid UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy packages
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
