About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Postperson with Driving to join our team at the Coalville Delivery Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers in the local area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver mail and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Operate a manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Work in all weather conditions and for long periods

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, paid monthly, with an hourly rate of £12.54p/h. Overtime is paid at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate. You will also receive 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (pro-rata), and full uniform provided. Additionally, you will have access to our company pension scheme with competitive contribution rates and excellent family-friendly support, including enhanced maternity pay, paternity leave, adoption leave, and shared parental leave.

  • Happy walking for long periods and working outside in any weather
  • Strong sense of community and takes pride in what you do
  • Full UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
