Theatre Operations Manager

The Arts Council is seeking a highly skilled Theatre Manager to lead the Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre as it hosts the popular Starlight Express production.
This is a key position that requires exceptional leadership and management skills to oversee the finance, operation, and personnel of multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities- Line manage a team of 80+ individuals across multiple departments
- Oversee finance, operation, and personnel at a strategic level
- Develop and implement customer service procedures and strategies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation
- Manage a substantial budget and make commercial decisions
- Extensive experience in arts or events management
- Exceptional financial acumen and commercial mindset
- Strong understanding of Employment Law
- Significant experience in venue and facilities management
- Experience in delivering accessible services
- Excellent people skills and ability to prioritize effectively
- Personal license holder
- Understanding of Employment Law best practice
- Knowledge of the service/hospitality industry
- Interest in theatre and the arts
This is a full-time position for 40 hours a week, with a variable shift pattern and evening, weekend, and Bank Holiday working as required.
24 days plus bank holidays, pro rata to length of contract.
