The Opportunity:
This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Senior Credit Control Manager. You will oversee the sales ledger, manage a team of credit controllers, and develop effective credit control strategies. With a competitive salary up to £50,000 per annum, this position offers a chance to grow professionally while making a significant impact on our company's success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for commercial credit control.
- Oversee the management of debtors and ledgers.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on financial performance and trends.
- Collaborate with the Sales Ledger team to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively.
- Evaluate and escalate client queries as necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in credit control management.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with others.
- Results-driven and detail-focused approach.
