About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Change Manager to lead the integration of two institutions following a recent merger. As a key member of our Change Support Unit, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by driving strategic change initiatives that enhance both the student and staff experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to maximize employee engagement and minimize resistance.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to integrate change management into the overall plan, ensuring a smooth transition and a unified, engaged community.
  • Design and deliver training and development sessions to support staff through the transition, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Identify potential risks and develop plans to mitigate them, ensuring the successful implementation of change initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing change in mergers or large-scale transformations within complex organizations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others.
