About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Charity Assistant Shop Manager to join our team at PDSA. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and promoting our charity's mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Shop Manager to achieve sales targets and maximize profit.
  • Coach and develop a team of volunteers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, reviewing KPIs and performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Be a passionate advocate for PDSA, promoting our charity's mission and values to every customer.
About You

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in the retail sector, delivering sales targets and providing exceptional customer service. You will have a strong understanding of what constitutes great customer service and be able to instill your passion and abilities in your team.
