Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Structural Engineer to lead projects and teams in delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Manage all phases of structural engineering projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  3. Conduct site inspections and surveys to monitor progress and address any design or structural challenges.
  4. Lead and mentor junior engineers to achieve project goals.
  5. Ensure compliance with current British Standards, Eurocodes, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on historic and listed buildings.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage projects and teams effectively.
  • A strong, proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Valid UK driver's license.
