### Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse to join our team at the Royal London Hospital.

### Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, holistic care to babies in partnership with parents/carers in a family-centred environment.
- Recognise and meet the developmental, physical, psychological, emotional, and social needs of the child.
- Provide nursing care and support at home to minimise or prevent hospitalisation when it is in the child's best interests.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to babies and their families.

### Person Specification
- Registered Nurse, Child Branch or RSCN or Midwife.
- Pre or post-registration experience on a neonatal unit.
- Evidence of continued professional development.
- Good level of skill in computer usage - able to use NHS databases, input data and retrieve information.
