We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Laundry and Housekeeping Assistant. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our care home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the care home, including laundry facilities and communal spaces.
  • Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, and ironing.
  • Work closely with the Head of Housekeeping to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals and objectives.
