Key Responsibilities- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the care home, including laundry facilities and communal spaces.
- Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, and ironing.
- Work closely with the Head of Housekeeping to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and respectful manner.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals and objectives.
