Job Summary

The Warwick Independent Schools Foundation is seeking a Temporary Teaching Assistant to support the Early Years Foundation Stage team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality care and education to our youngest pupils.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • To provide support to EYFS teachers and staff to raise standards of achievement for all pupils in the EYFS.
  • To encourage pupils to become independent learners and develop their social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
  • To ensure the safety and welfare of pupils and contribute to the inclusion of all students in school life.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a stimulating and enabling learning environment.
  • To contribute to the development of a healthy and aesthetically pleasing school community.
Requirements
  • Essential Qualifications: Early Years Practitioner qualification
Additional Information
  • Working Hours: 21 hours per week, term-time only plus INSET days
  • Salary: £25,000 - 30,000 per annum
