Responsibilities and Requirements

As a Temporary Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting teachers in planning and delivering lessons tailored to the needs of students in the EYFS
  • Engaging pupils in various activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and communicating with parents/guardians as necessary

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, patience, and a genuine enthusiasm for working with young learners. A degree in Education or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory, as we prioritize the provision of comprehensive training and ongoing support for our team members.
