Early Years Education Support Role

WarwickIndependent Schools Foundation is seeking a temporary Teaching Assistant to join our EYFS team from February 2025.

The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced teachers to deliver high-quality care and education to our youngest pupils.

Main Duties:
  • Provide additional support to teachers and pupils in the EYFS to raise standards of achievement
  • Contribute to maintaining a healthy, stimulating, and safe learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement engaging learning activities
  • Support pupils in developing essential life skills and becoming independent learners
Salary and Benefits:

P11-L17: £22,271 - £30,451 per annum pro rata, based on 21 hours per week. This role also includes a range of benefits and opportunities for professional development.
