The role will involve:

  • Providing academic leadership and direction to the School of Design
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive innovation and excellence in design education
  • Building and maintaining relationships with industry partners and stakeholders
  • Leading and managing a team of academic staff and supporting their professional development
  • Ensuring the RCA's commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion is embedded in all aspects of the School's work
