Strategic Leadership Position: Executive Dean for Health and Life Sciences

The Council of Deans of Health is seeking an exceptional Executive Dean to lead the College of Health and Life Sciences. As a key member of the University's Management Board, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic direction of the College and contributing to the overall success of the University.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership to the College of Health and Life Sciences, driving academic excellence and growth.
- Develop and implement a vision for the College, aligning with the University's strategic objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of academic staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including academic partners, industry leaders, and healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the University's Management Board, providing expert advice and guidance on academic matters.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of academic leadership, with a proven ability to drive change and innovation. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
