Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce weekly business intelligence reports and customer performance summaries.
  • Support projects with analysis from brief to implementation, utilizing SQL and the in-house database.
  • Present conclusions and analytical insights to business stakeholders, ensuring projected benefits are clearly communicated.
  • Develop a core understanding of the business, its data, and the analytical uses of the data.
  • Confidently present and communicate the insights developed, not only to your immediate team but also to colleagues from other business areas.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and database management.
