Financial Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our analytical team at Agility Resourcing. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in developing and implementing financial models, analyzing data, and providing insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making
  2. Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
  3. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on financial performance and strategy
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement financial initiatives and improve business processes
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 2:1 in a maths / Economics / Accounts & Finance / Business
  2. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office product suite, particularly Excel
  3. Highly Proficient in SQL is an advantage
  4. Clear, logical analytical approach to problem-solving
  5. Detail / accuracy focussed but also able to see the bigger picture
  6. Ability to investigate data, find trends, forecast performance and provide insightful recommendations
  7. Results and solutions oriented, focused on delivery and process improvement
  8. Ability to work both autonomously and with a team
  9. Enthusiastic self-starter
  10. Innovative but structured thinker
  11. Adaptable to change
