We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Asset Management, Planning and Data Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and managing energy performance data within our Asset Management Systems. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure data integrity and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect and analyze energy performance data from various sources, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is held within the Asset Management System.
- Validate existing energy performance data by utilizing data from other systems within the business.
- Develop and implement a targeted approach to carrying out Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).
- Review and evaluate the energy performance of our housing stock to ensure compliance with legislation and improve energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Repairs & Maintenance Team and Investment Team to optimize energy performance.
- Manipulate large datasets using advanced functions such as filters, tables, pivot tables, and formulas.
- Liaise with external bodies, including contractors, consultants, and partners.
- Maintain up-to-date information and inventories on our utilities.
- Work closely with energy consultants to optimize energy usage, smart meter installations, and procurement of new utility contracts.
