You will be working as an Apprentice Horticulture Operative for Riverlution, a Community Interest Company (CIC) that helps people and communities engage with their local waterways. As part of our team, you will deliver water catchment management projects safely and efficiently, while minimizing the adverse environmental impact. Your role will involve site clearance, weed management, pruning, basic turf management, mowing, hedge/shrub cutting, and litter picking. You will work towards a Level 2 Horticulture Apprenticeship Standard through Bishop Burton College on day release.

The successful applicant will have problem solving skills, be a team player, and possess patience. They will assist in maintaining the tool store, vehicle, tools, and equipment, and maintain all associated records and logbooks.
