Job Title: Caring Leader Wanted

Company Overview: Marydale, a leading residential care provider in St Helens, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to join our team. With a commitment to delivering exceptional care to vulnerable young people, we strive to create a warm and welcoming environment that fosters growth and development.

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.

About the Role: As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team of qualified staff to deliver outstanding care and support to young people aged 10-18. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure that our high standards are maintained and that every young person receives the best possible outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People or equivalent
  • NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management Children & Young People (or willingness to work towards)
  • Considerable management experience working with young people in a residential setting
