Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively oversee and recover outstanding debts from a designated portfolio of clients.
  • Assess new credit applications and periodically review existing customer credit limits.
  • Ensure prompt debt collection and initiate legal actions when required.
  • Facilitate negotiations and develop repayment strategies.
  • Conduct account reconciliations and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Record incoming payments in various currencies, ensuring daily reconciliation.
  • Execute month-end bank reconciliations.
  • Generate customer statements, client status reports, and other pertinent documentation as needed.
  • Hold regular debtor review meetings with key stakeholders when necessary.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and address inquiries from both internal and external parties promptly.
  • Perform ad-hoc analytical tasks for the broader finance team.
  • Possess a solid understanding of AX Dynamics and/or SAP.

Qualifications:

Applicants should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a comparable credit control or accounts receivable environment.

Compensation:

Our client offers a competitive salary ranging from £26,000 to £30,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
