About the Role

Lane Media is seeking a highly skilled Performance Media Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our performance media team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results across paid media channels for our diverse international client base.

You will work closely with our experienced team to develop and execute innovative media strategies, leveraging industry trends and insights to drive business growth. Your expertise in managing performance marketing campaigns will be essential in meeting our clients' goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Media Campaign Execution: Execute and optimize campaigns across paid social, search, shopping, and programmatic display channels to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Client Presentation and Communication: Present innovative media solutions to clients, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with their business objectives.
  • Account Administration: Manage day-to-day client account administration, including invoicing, timing plans, and regular communication.
  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor key performance metrics and optimize campaigns to meet agreed-upon KPIs.
  • Media Planning and Strategy: Develop and execute media plans aligned with performance objectives, staying up-to-date with the latest digital industry developments.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports, proposals, and presentations for client meetings, highlighting campaign performance and opportunities for growth.

  • Performance Marketing Expertise: Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of digital media best practices.
  • Cross-Channel Platform Proficiency: Proficiency in cross-channel platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Business Manager.
