Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a skilled and passionate Swimming Teacher to join our team. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality 1-2-1 swimming lessons to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and deliver lesson plans and a comprehensive scheme of work that meets the requirements of the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme.
- Undertake sessions according to the programme timetable, ensuring classes commence and finish at the designated times.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with our customers and potential customers, putting people at ease with a real "can-do" attitude.
- Comply with the Swim England Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct at all times, and ensure all concerns of a child-safeguarding nature are referred in a timely and appropriate manner, in accordance with Fusion's Safeguarding policy.
- Deliver lessons safely and effectively, to a standard that complies with regulations and guidance.
- Be passionate about always looking for ways to improve our swim lesson programme and better our service to swimmers and customers.
