Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and deliver lesson plans that meet the requirements of the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme.
- Undertake sessions according to the programme timetable, ensuring classes commence and finish at designated times.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers and potential customers, providing a welcoming and supportive environment.
- Comply with the Swim England Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct, ensuring all concerns of a child-safeguarding nature are referred in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Deliver lessons safely and effectively, adhering to regulations and guidance.
- Continuously seek ways to improve our swim lesson programme and better our service to swimmers and customers.
