Senior Legal Counsel - Technology

Morgan Philips Specialist Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join a dynamic team in their London office. This is a permanent role with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead negotiations of commercial contracts with key customers and suppliers.
  • Draft and review bespoke and template licence agreements for cloud-based platforms.
  • Ensure contracts align with best practices and appropriate risk management and mitigations.
  • Manage the company's overall legal risk position.
  • Serve as a guardian of risk mitigation, contributing to the development and implementation of risk management strategies.
  • Handle data privacy queries.
