Senior Legal Counsel Opportunity

BCL Legal is seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join their in-house legal team in London. As a key commercial partner to the business, you will have the opportunity to develop and grow with a growing, household name brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the General Counsel, you will be responsible for providing commercial legal advice to senior stakeholders.
  • You will have exposure to a varied array of work, including marketing/brand, IT/software, general commercial contracts, and ad hoc matters/projects.
  • As a business-facing team, you will build relationships with and advise senior stakeholders, acting as a key commercial partner to the business.
  • You will be involved in exciting projects on the horizon, including international expansion and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years PQE as a commercial lawyer.
  • Comfortable handling a broad range of commercial work.
