Business Development Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to secure new business
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and tactics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
