Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at The Newt in Somerset. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our 40-cover restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of nine to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in the recruitment, training, and development of the front-of-house team.
- Uphold high standards of service, quality, and presentation in the restaurant.
- Assist with rota management, labour cost control, and staffing levels.
- Support the Restaurant Manager with stock control and costs.
