Job Title: HR Business Partner - Strategic Advisor

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at LGC Group. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission of "Science for a Safer World" by providing strategic HR advice and guidance to our business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with our business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders and employees to promote a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  • Manage recruitment processes, performance management, training, and development programs.
  • Assess and manage absence and occupational health matters.
  • Support annual remuneration reviews and drive organizational development and change.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or equivalent experience with a professional HR qualification and several years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid knowledge of HR principles and practices, with the ability to apply them effectively to meet business needs.
  • High-level influencing skills, with the presence and personality to make a positive impact with senior management.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, self-reliant individual who takes personal responsibility to inspire change and challenges the status quo.
