Job Description: Monitoring Surveyor Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Monitoring Surveyor Specialist to join our team at Intro Group. As a specialist in this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of measurements and data throughout the project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will have a degree in construction, quantity surveying, or building surveying, and a strong understanding of construction project management and cost management principles.

This role involves a range of activities, including:

  • Project monitoring: Monitor the project's progress and ensure it meets the required standards
  • Risk assessment: Identify potential risks and provide recommendations to manage or avoid them
  • Fund approval: Approve and certify funds at each stage
  • Record keeping: Maintain up-to-date records and monitor data trends over time

Key requirements:

  • Full UK driving license
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Ability to work well in a team

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
