As an Administrative Support Specialist/Receptionist, you will be supporting the day-to-day running of our contracting business, which supports graduates into work via secondment from Pareto, as well as managing the front of house at our office.
The Role
You will be a highly organised, enthusiastic, and confident individual who is proactive, decisive, and able to manage your own time. Experience within an administration/coordinator role is essential for this position.
The contracting team and reception require a professional team member with excellent organisation skills and the ability to work well under pressure. The ideal candidate will have proven administration experience, be able to provide excellent customer service, and have a good knowledge of computer systems.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- General administrative duties including record keeping, answering the phone, dealing with general enquiries, data input, and appointment making.
- Booking and recording candidate holidays and absences.
- Note taking for meetings.
- Reporting, monitoring, and evaluation of documents.
- Speaking to candidates and clients over the phone.
- Wellbeing support.
Our Office Is Based In Wilmslow
With a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a dynamic working environment, we offer the perfect opportunity for an ambitious and talented individual to join our team.
