Introduction
We are currently seeking a skilled Quantity Surveying and Project Monitoring Specialist to join our team at Intro Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a construction graduate to develop their skills and become a proficient monitoring surveyor. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying and project management and will be responsible for monitoring the progress of our construction projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the project's progress, including plan, budget, and timescale.
  • Assess risks and provide recommendations to manage or avoid them.
  • Evaluate data to identify potential risks and provide detailed reports.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to provide accurate measurements and data.

Requirements:
A full UK driving license is required due to frequent site visits. A degree in Construction or Quantity Surveying is also necessary. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per year.
